Bill is an instructor and was part of the course development team for Customer Insight Marketing, a 2 day course / workshop that has been delivered to executives from Hewlett-Packard since 2005. He has delivered the course to groups in 3 different divisions (IPG, TSG, PSG) and in both Europe and the US.
